We are a dynamic and rapidly growing construction and consulting engineering firm specializing in all areas of the transportation and infrastructure projects including tunnels, airports, highways, bridges, water, wastewater, environmental, pipeline and utility sectors.

Apart from large scale projects involvement, our business is anchored on Residential, home and business improvements and minor renovations. This is due to the fact that Technology, climate and lifestyle is changing so quickly and so does the taste of clients, structural, beauty and value of  structures.  Due to the current world economic crisis, mortgages interest rates have send customers panicking and as a result they don’t buy or built new homes  and structures anymore but improve existing ones. Crime rate and bad weather have seen homes yearning for a little builders touch and as a result we have found it hard to ignore the” smallest customers”. 

We have over 5 years experience working in several countries covering Eastern and Southern Africa (Kenya, Uganda, Sudan, Ethiopia, Botswana and South Africa).
Our head Office in in South Africa and our other principal office for Eastern Africa is in Nairobi, Kenya.

We manage civil engineering works. We have experience in ArchiCAD and AutoCAD designs/planning/production, Civil/Structural Engineering CAD projects. Our CAD management goes beyond mere design. We do research, land economics and bills of quantities.

We have been engaged in transportation projects, roadways/tunnels/bridges projects, Civil Airport/Aviation projects, AutoCAD drafting and design, Microstation, Training/Mentoring CAD staff, Scheduling work for staff and sub-contractors.

Currently we are engaged in turn-key projects in Architecture – Building,Construction, Real Estate and Property Management.

Kobira Construction & Civils cc was established by quite experienced group of professionals who felt the need to have a company which will effectively give the Building and Construction industry clients value of their money. We have a qualified Architect and a Civil and Structural Engineer Team Leaders of fully qualifies project managers and engineers.

Our staff is sourced from the industry. Our staff are qualified people and many of our clients are indeed satisfied with our work.
